What is Law of attraction (LOA)?

Law of attraction is a fancy name given to the innate ability of a human being, to attract positive or negative events in his life. This is usually done through our own mind power, more specifically, through our thoughts. If you master your thoughts, you can totally change your life.

I will explain this in the later part. Before that, you should understand some basics. This is essential for activating the power of Law of attraction

Whne you learn about the power of your mind you may think if I have so much power then what is the need of GOD? Why should I pray?.

If your mind is having such thoughts, I would rather say that it is a negative thought. Because the ultimate power is God only, he created us in his image, he lives within us, and we are the living image of God. So the Law of attraction or our mind power is not above God. You should do your spiritual practices and prayer with a more powerful belief system when you practice the law of attraction. Use the Law of attraction to break your belief barrier. You can achieve anything with consistent prayer with strong belief and more focused thought.

Energy Around Us

We are living in a world full of energy. This energy is present in us and every living or non-living things. Through the focused thoughts we channelize this energy to create what we need. Focus is important for this, depends on where you focus, your result varies.

How to achieve goals and create the life we wanted with law of attraction?

Law of attraction have humongous possibilities. However, these possibilities are hidden in your power of imagination. You should clearly know where you are now and where you want to go. Clarity on this will help you to focus correctly. This will help in developing your imagination.

Gradually, you truly believe in your heart that this will definitely work food you. So, you should make your belief stronger like a muscle. Initially try manifesting minor and easy things with law of attraction. Gradually, you can go to bigger and better. Gradually, you can go to bigger and better.

You should not doubt about this universal power, going from smaller to bigger is the first step for you to master. You can start with manifesting a glass of water or coffee or parking slot and later you can focus on bigger.

The 4-step procedure for making your dreams a reality rather than just a wish, with the help of Law of Attraction.

Step 1: Make Your Decision

The first and most important step in applying the Law of Attraction is deciding what you want. You must have a very clear vision of what you want. Be clear about what you really desire, whether you want to attract a small object or a major change in your life.

When you imagine what you want in your life, use your five senses. For example, if you want to manifest a car with the power of law of attraction you should imagine about the colour, how you feel when you touch it, what will be the smell of the leather when you sit inside the car, how the seat and the steering feel to touch and finally the sound of the car when you kick the pedal.

Also feel the energy, the excitement and the adrenaline pumping happening in your body when you sit in the car.

Make it so real in your mind so that your body should feel like you are really sitting in your dream car.

First step is crucial because it gets your body and mind ready to accept whatever it is you’re asking for. The distinction between fact and imagination is somehow hidden in our brains. Your body moves forward when you use all of your senses in your imagination procedure. Your body’s organs and systems, including your heart, lungs, muscles, and blood flow, prepare to participate in whatever you are visualizing.

By participating in this process, you link yourself with your desires. Allow yourself to be open to the possibilities and get your body ready to receive whatever it is you want to attract. Even if it seems easy, but this first step is what opens the door to utilizing the power of Law of Attraction

Step 2: Practice Unconditional Love

In other words, if you don’t think you deserve what you want, you won’t receive it. Those deep, irrational worries and doubts also send out loud and strong signals. If a part of you believes that your desire is competing with that part of you, then you don’t deserve what you want.

When you feel fear or doubt, your desires are blocked. It turns into a direct competition with your desires and dreams you are trying to manifest.

For humans, it is difficult to be in positive thoughts all the time. Everyone does feel stress, self-doubt, fear and negative thoughts. Sometimes we even try to bring counter feelings against such negative thoughts, but this may not work every time.

The best method is to be aware of the feelings coming to the mind. When you are aware of the thoughts and feelings coming to your mind you can think back and find what is the real reason for this thought.

Find the reason, acknowledge it and with love and compassion you can find solution to remove it. The real reason might be sitting in the deep layer of your subconscious mind. It might be a decision you have taken, or an emotional shock happened to you when you were in a peak emotional state. Recognise it, be aware of it.

Approach such emotions with the same love and compassion that you would have for a hurt animal or a lonely little child.

When you love yourself, you create the space for your deepest wishes to come true and you start to have the things that are best for you.

Step 3: Open Up To The Possibilities

When you start addressing your fear and doubts, changes starts to happen. When you feel fear or doubt, acknowledge it and replace these with appreciation and gratitude.

This new way of thinking changes your brain wiring and gradually this will change your complete attitude.

Later the effort you need to put forward to change your thoughts to a positive one will be much lesser than earlier. Gradually these positive thoughts and positive expectations will open up more possibilities and opportunities in your life.

This is the key to how the law of attraction works. The Law of Attraction always works, once you understand where you are now, because of your thoughts in the earlier parts of life, and it is easy for you to change your life by changing your thoughts.

When it starts happening in your life, acknowledge it and feel to be grateful and appreciative as the law has worked well for you.

Expressing gratitude toward the Universe will help you to have more and more such experiences in your life.

Step 4: Experience The Reality Of Your Desires

Trusting your belief is so important. Now let’s live the reality of your desires. You know what you want, you have visualized it, now clear away your doubt, fears, and questions. Just believe that it worked, now trust your belief. If you desire and imagine meeting some one in the street, go out and look for him. If you are imagined having a parking spot, take your car go out and look for the parking spot you have imagined.

If you’re practicing the technique on something bigger, this exercise may be tricky, but use your imagination. If you’re trying to lose weight, go out and buy an outfit that fits the size you’re aiming for. If you want a new car, go to a dealership and shop around. Start making plans for what you’re going to accomplish with all that extra time and money if you’re aiming for something as significant as complete financial freedom.

The crucial stage is to act as though you already possess what you are looking for and to take action. It doesn’t have to be expensive.

When you take action to manifest what you desire, you are telling the universe about the seriousness you have to achieve that particular goal.

And now what?

So, once you’ve finished the four steps, you’re probably wondering what to do next. Persistence is the final component in the Law of Attraction. There is no set timeframe for when something will appear in your life. It will take time to see how this method performs because we all have our own belief barriers to get over.

Some people experience changes right away, while others need a bit more time. Here, persistence and patience are vital. Continue to do it as a ritual every single day. Return to Step 2 and deal with it as soon as uncertainty or anxiety emerge. Revert to Step 1 if you have forgotten your precise purpose.

Keep expressing your gratitude each day. Consider all the connections you’ve established that demonstrate the Law of Attraction works for you in a favorable way. Spend some time each day going over the visualization exercises to get your body and mind ready to receive this wonderful gift.

Since the Law of Attraction is universal, it will operate whether or not you intend it to. Address those concerns and doubts since they’re probably speaking to you far louder than your desires if you continually falling short.

8 Exercises That Help You Attract What You Desire

Practice any or all of the exercises you want to. Try every exercise at least once. There are no hard and fast rules, so feel free to tweak these exercises and make them your own. These are tools to help you overcome any challenges you might face while attempting to work with the Law of Attraction.

1.Prayer

Consistan prayer and strong belief in God is always the first step you need to practice in Law of Attraction. Prayer have so much power. In mmmy experience, you should start and end your day with prayer. When you look into the law and order of nature it is perfect. Who maintain this. Human can calculate the order of nature in perfect way because it follows the law of nature. This is controlled and regulated by an ultimate power.

32 For the Gentiles strive after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself

2. Vision Boards

Vision boards have become a popular exercise for determining exactly what you want out of life. These boards, in their most basic form, contain images and words that resonate with what you want to attract your way.

Making vision boards gives two excellent results. First, the act of searching for images and words and pasting them onto a board represents a personal commitment to your desires. It assists you in clarifying your true desires, visualizing them, and directing your energy toward making them a reality.

Second, the pictures are a great way to remind yourself of your goals. You can look at the board every day to remind yourself of what you want to draw into your life

A vision board is simple to make. To find pictures that represent what you want to attract, look through magazines or do a web search. The images could be literal or metaphorical, it doesn’t matter. It’s crucial that the pictures resonate with and speak to you & your desires. Attach the pictures to a board, then hang it up where you will see it frequently.

3. Sensory Visualization

Some people have a very vivid imagination, which makes Step 1 very simple. For others who have a difficult time actually sensing and feeling their desires, this exercise is for you.

Visualization is one of the powerful manifestation methods

If you have trouble visualizing your desires, start small and work your way up. This exercise is for those people who find it challenging to actually sense and feel their desires. For some reason, an orange works best, but if you hate oranges, definitely choose something else. For the purposes of this example, we’ll imagine an orange. Follow this simple exercise:

Close your eyes and visualize the fruit in your head. Try to visualize it clearly. See the imperfect, round shape; the bright, orange color; and the dimpled, waxy texture.

Picture yourself holding the orange. In your hands, how does it feel? Imagine yourself touching it, rubbing it, and shaking it in your hand to examine it. Feel its weight. Is it cold or room temperature?

Take a moment to smell the orange. Try to recall the smell of the orange using your memory to activate your sense of smell. Can you smell that recognizable odor? Inhale deeply and take in the aroma.

Imagine tapping the orange on a surface nearby with a gentle motion. What does it sound like? Flick it with your thumb and pointer finger. Can you hear it? Keep trying until you hear it clearly.

Peel the orange. Hear the sound of the peel ripping from the flesh. See the white rind on the back of the peel. See the shiny, wet pulp beginning to emerge. Smell the sweet, citrus smell getting much stronger.

Finally, take a bite and feel the texture of the orange in your mouth. Feel the juice and the cold flesh on your tongue. Taste the sweet and satisfying flavor.

Try this exercise with anything, and once you’ve mastered it, Step 1 of the Law of Attraction techniques becomes much easier. Improve visualization by recording your voice reading the exercise out loud and then playing it back with your eyes closed and concentrating on the techniques.

4. Gratitude List

We talked about the importance of gratitude in Step 3, but we’re going to dive a little deeper here. Gratitude sets you up for success because it places you in the right mindset to receive it.

Expect that the universe is more likely to give you things if you’re already grateful for what it has provided to you. Giving an asked-for birthday gift to someone and barely receiving a thank you, you’d likely avoid providing a second gift. On the other hand, you’d get excited about giving a repeat gift to someone who enthusiastically expressed their appreciation for your gift. Imagine the universe in the same way.

Make a gratitude list to help with sourcing and expressing gratitude. Here are a couple ways to do this:

Make a huge list of all the things you’re thankful for. Add to the list whenever you think of something else.

Make a list every night (or every morning) of some things you appreciate in your life right now.

Imagine waking up every morning and reading a list of the great things in your life right now. It would definitely put you in a better mood and shift your perspective to find other things that make you happy. Like attracts like.

5. Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of being aware of oneself without passing judgment. When you are mindful, you are not only aware of your feelings and thoughts, but you are also observing them without analyzing them.

Mindfulness isn’t like that. “My hands are trembling because I’m nervous about this meeting. I shouldn’t be scared. There’s nothing to be afraid of.”

Instead, mindfulness is, “I’m worried about what other people will think of me at this meeting.” I’m afraid of looking foolish. As a result of my fear, my hands are trembling.”

It’s critical to understand that mindfulness isn’t about changing or understanding anything. This is because the analytical and judgment aspects — our automatic reactions — are unhealthy and contribute to the problem’s persistence. It strengthens the link between the action and the negative feeling in our brain. Approach it without judgment to break that connection. Allow it to be.

There has been a lot of scientific research done on the effects of mindfulness, which is far beyond the scope of this guide. What you should know is that mindfulness has been shown to reduce anxiety and depression, as well as to improve blood pressure, the immune system, heart rate, and even cancer.

Mindfulness is an important component of the Law of Attraction because getting what you want requires self-awareness in the absence of judgement.

To truly understand what you want, you must also understand your fears and the signals they send out to the universe. Approach these fears and signals with love and compassion if you want to change them. This is the purpose of the next exercise.

6. Loving Kindness Meditation

It is extremely difficult to approach your fears and doubts with love and compassion. Negative emotions are quite overpowering and limiting, making it difficult to feel a lot of love for them. Be kind to yourself and try a loving kindness meditation.

Loving Kindness Meditation is a Buddhist meditation in which you send compassion out to yourself, others, and the entire world. It is an excellent way to train your mind to easily give and receive love.

Simply cultivate compassion within yourself and allow it to spread to others. Allow the warmth and desire that stirs within you to help a small child or an injured animal to radiate from you as you practise this meditation.

This is an excellent Loving Kindness Meditation to help you achieve the feeling of compassion.

7. Be Intentional

The majority of us go about our daily lives without thinking about it. We wake up, get ready for the day, and go about our business without giving much thought to our actions. Our distracted thoughts and feelings frequently diverge from the action we’re carrying out.

To truly benefit from the Law of Attraction, be deliberate in your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Intention focuses on your brain activity and uses every available resource to help you perform an action. When using the Law of Attraction, this type of disciplined focus will help you achieve faster and more accurate results.

Simply focus on an everyday activity and set your intention for each action you take on that task to practice being intentional.

The practice will feel tedious at first, but keep practicing and notice how your focus shifts to the reality of the moment.

For example, do the dishes with purpose tonight. Before taking any action, state your intention aloud (or in your mind if you’re alone). Say,

“I’m going to clean this dish again.”

“I’m going to get the dish.”

“I’m going to turn on the hot water.”

“I’m lathering up the sponge with soap.”

Don’t do anything without first announcing your intention to do so. Again, it may seem tedious at first, but you’ll soon notice something incredible:

The simple act of washing a dish involves a number of actions, movements, and thoughts.

When your intention is on the action, you’ll notice how much movement is involved.

Normally, such an action is approached on autopilot, but when you move with intention, you’ll notice the entire series of decisions and actions that comprise your entire, full day.

8. Try Affirmations

Affirmations are extremely effective for many people who begin with the Law of Attraction. There are numerous Law of Attraction affirmations available for you to try!

9. Free Your Body

Throw your inhibitions out the window! Experiment with releasing your body and dancing as if no one is watching.

This final exercise can assist you in overcoming inhibitions that make the final step appear ridiculous. Even when they are alone, some people experience feelings of embarrassment and shame. What’s the point of acting out a fictitious scenario when no one is around to witness it? Doesn’t it still feel silly?

We become worried about what others think of us. Even when we’re alone, we’re so conditioned to be concerned with our appearance that we frequently inhibit even our solitary actions.

So, practice releasing your body and dancing as if no one is watching. That is all that is required to make this exercise work.

Find a place where you can be alone and unwind. Allow your body to move as it pleases, music or no music. Don’t think about it. Just do it.
